Beyond having a menu, Cane de Sucre specializes in consulting and creating completely personalized menus that are sure to entice all our clients.
Our Chefs are true island born and bred Puerto Ricans! Both have more than 18 years of experience in international cuisine and have specialized studies in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management.
